• It does not cover issues arising from incorrect handling, storage, or installation.

Batha is not responsible for any damage, leakage, failure, or faults that occur during or after installation. To ensure this always use a licensed and insured installer.

How to Claim

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and assessed by our service team.
