1. Delivery Regions & Timing

2. Shipping Costs
- Sydney Metro: Flat rate shipping of $X (or free on orders over $Y)
- Rest of NSW: Standard shipping rate of $Z
- Other States: Standard shipping rate of $W
- Free shipping may apply for large orders or promotions — displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- All orders include tracking via our courier partner.
- Please double check your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may incur redelivery fees.
- If no one is available, the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
5. Damages, Loss & Claims
Inspect your items upon delivery. If damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve with a replacement or refund. Note: if you give “authority to leave,” we are not responsible for loss or theft.
6. Terms & Conditions
- Ownership transfers once the package leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or weather.
- We may adjust shipping fees based on oversized or heavy items.
