• Vanities & Tops: 5-year structural warranty

• Basins: 5-year warranty

• LED Mirrors & Cabinets: 2-year warranty

• Tapware, Wastes & Accessories: Manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years)

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• It does not cover issues arising from incorrect handling, storage, or installation.

Batha is not responsible for any damage, leakage, failure, or faults that occur during or after installation. To ensure this always use a licensed and insured installer.

How to Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, email support@batha.com.au with your order number, product description, photos, and a brief summary of the issue.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and assessed by our service team.
