Most orders dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location but average 5–10 days nationwide.

• It does not cover issues arising from incorrect handling, storage, or installation.

Batha is not responsible for any damage, leakage, failure, or faults that occur during or after installation. To ensure this always use a licensed and insured installer.

How to Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, email support@batha.com.au with your order number, product description, photos, and a brief summary of the issue.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and assessed by our service team.

Local sydney shipping can take up to 4 business days.

Anywhere outside of NSW can take up to 7 business days.
