Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size and your delivery postcode.

✔ Bulky items may incur higher fees due to pallet handling or oversize freight

✔ Delivery is curbside only — drivers do not enter homes or install products

Important Notes

• Someone must be present at the address for all deliveries

• Please inspect packaging upon arrival — report any damage within 48 hours

• Re-delivery fees apply if no one is available at time of delivery

• Batha is not responsible for any damages, delays, or missed deliveries caused by third-party couriers once items leave our warehouse

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, or scouring pads.

• Dry after use to reduce mineral spotting or streaks.

• For timber vanities: polish periodically with furniture-grade oil.

Warranty Coverage

• Bathtubs: 10-year structural warranty

• Vanities & Tops: 5-year structural warranty

• Basins: 5-year warranty

• LED Mirrors & Cabinets: 2-year warranty

• Tapware, Wastes & Accessories: Manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years)

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• It does not cover issues arising from incorrect handling, storage, or installation.

• Batha is not responsible for any damage, leakage, failure, or faults that occur during or after installation.

• Always use a licensed and qualified installer.

To lodge a warranty claim, email support@batha.com.au with your order number, product description, photos, and a brief summary of the issue.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and assessed by our service team.
